It appears my name immediately invokes a slightly odd palaentologist.
I’ll have you know the Ross were one of the funkiest clans of the highlands, known particularly for our skill in battle and our enormous sombreros (not sure on that point, check later) and the size of the tract of land still bearing our name to this day bears me out. We fought under the Bruce at Bannockburn (including me PERSONALLY of course) and our leader signed the Declaration of Arbroath, without even demanding to see his solicitor. The Clan Ross invented sniper rifles, vibrating beds, alarm clocks, submarines, esperanto, intercontinental ballistic missiles, yoga and loon pants, and coined the phrase “That’s no moon, that’s a space station” before anyone knew what space was.
But no. Apparently I’m a lanky pampered twit with a divorce fetish. Tchoh.
Whenevr I see samclem’s name, I think of the old pun which ends in “I left my harp in Sam Clem’s disco!”
WaterJ2 -or whatever his/her name is (sorry) makes me think, “what didja do?” It rhymes kinda.
bottle of smoke -I get a laugh. It’s a cool name.
people in the picture pages-I feel like I know them. Foolish, because I don’t really.

Ah ha! I managed to get the first username I typed in (zweisamkeit, obviously). I don’t think many people think much about my name besides “What the fuck?”, since it took five posts before my superhero powers were given in (a thread that I would do a search for, but the hamsters would be overloaded), and my power was basically that evil people could not pronounce my name :D.
Guinistasia makes me think of a techno-Anastasia Romonov for some reason
Tiburon reminds me of the older Hyundai Tiburon commercial where they had the car skimming underneath the surface of the ocean.
Homebrew has me picture a guy sitting on a barcalounger with one of those hats that holds two cans of beer and straws to your mouth (sorry, the brew is what did it!)
OpalCat makes me think of a luminescent cat in a top hat.
Gaspode makes me think of octopus/alien tentacles.
