In this thread, it was mentioned that we should have a get together of the SE Michigan dopers somewhere. We had discussed meeting at Laikon Cafe (alternate review here ), on Saturday May, 8th at 7:00pm. This is the official thread for people who want to sign up to hang out with the cool kids in Michigan.
I will try and make a reservation for us, so if anyone wants to come, please post in here and let us know if you are bringing anyone with you.

It’s a lovely idea and I would adore seeing you guys again. However, that’s my son’s birthday. We’ll actually be in your neck of the woods (seeing The Lion King in the afternoon) but I am sure we’ll be doing some family-variety celebration that night at my in-laws.
