The first season was good, but this season has been spectacular!
I won’t put in any spoilers, but let’s just say a lot of interesting things are coming to a head for next week’s finale.
It should be interesting to see how it ends – and how much leeway they leave for another season.
Sure hope this isn’t the last we see of this great series!
I can’t wait. But I’ve been having some fairly freaky Brother Justin/Sister Iris related dreams, and I want them to stop!
Did we ever work out whether it was Scutter or Management who was the evil one, and why? I’m still totally confused with their story.
I was on the edge of the couch all last episode. It’s really getting intense. The previews seem to show a Justin/Ben battle. I’m wondering if Ben will kill Brother Justin, and then the storyline moves next season to the Omega – Sophie & Ben’s child.
(And screw the spoiler tags) Given we know Justin is now Sophie’s father, how creepy was his attempted makeout with her on the porch?
So if the child of Justin is “Good” and the child of Ben is ""Evil; Sophie will give birth to the AntiChrist?
Not necessarily. The child of the Users are randomly either good or evil. So Sophie could be evil, or good, and the child(confirmed yet?) of Sofie and Ben would have to be whatever Sofie wasn’t. But this could get damn complicated if Sofie is indeed preggers.
I could have sworn HBO had Season 3 in the pipeline from the beginning. It’s hard to imagine a sequal to Season 2, though.
Management = Light (good)
Scudder = Darkness (evil)
IIRC, Daniel Knauf said in an interview that Ben and Justin are the last in the line of avatars, so I think Sophie is the Omega (the end) because she will give birth to a child with no supernatural powers. But I’m probably wrong.
