On my way to work this morning I heard a cover of Back in the Saddle by Sebastian Bach and Axl Rose. It was absolutely horrid. What makes it even worse, is that Back in the Saddle is my favorite Aerosmith song.
Yeah, it’s from Sebastian’s Angel Down album.
I like Axl a lot and and Sebastian somewhat. But I would call the remake of Back in the Saddle…unnecessary.
I got the album just to get some new Axl material, but I really haven’t been bothered to listen to the whole thing yet.
I’ve not heard it yet, I used to like Skid Row, but can’t stand Seb as he has never grown up.
The last I heard of him he had been sacked from Jesus Christ Superstar for some tantrum or other.
Is it worth listening to?
