You can remain connected, that’s not an issue. But she needs to be out on her own.
You need to sit down with her and give her a deadline. This is April. Let’s say six months, so her deadline is October 31. By that time, she needs to find a job and a place to live. Do NOT co-sign her lease. And tell her that if she has not succeeded in finding a job and a place to live, you will pack her bags, put them on the porch and change the locks.
You really need to cut her loose. She cannot learn to stand for herself in her current environment.
