I think the problem is that you don’t understand what “bowlegged” means. It implies that the knees are farther apart than the feet when you stand with the feet together.
You can see very clearly from a picture of Gomez in flatter shoes facing forward that her legs aren’t like that.
What I think you’re noticing is just an effect of the standard model pose with one knee slightly bent and most of the weight on the other leg. When Gomez does that, she pronates her ankle somewhat so it seems to be coming inwards.
Not that I care personally what Selena Gomez’s legs are like or whether you find them attractive. But from a Straight Dope perspective, AFAICT you are factually incorrect in your OP’s claim, because her legs are normal in terms of straightness.
Yeah, I guess there could be some subtle thing that I’m missing but I don’t see anything wrong with her legs either.
Haven’t really noticed her legs, but then, I think she has a perpetual ‘12 year old’ face and I find it tremendously off-putting. I honestly don’t pay attention to her.

I noticed it a few years ago. Now it catches my eye whenever Selena is photographed in a short dress. Once seen it’s hard to not see it.
I guess that’s just how she stands posing for photos.
