real or fake? The sweat stains on the shirt are a bonus. 
I swear, those implants with their whatever-they-are inside look like Alien Frog Eggs freshly harvested from the water.
I’ve never understood the appeal of implants. I prefer a perky A cup natural lady myself. D cups are nice too if they are real. 
Implants look great under sweaters. Skimpy shirts or bikini tops often reveal the implant’s saucer shape.
I am making an assumption about Selena. Tight shirts can squash boobs into that shape too.
That’s why I’m asking the experts at the Dope.

Her photo was on the front page of the NY Daily news. Kind of difficult to ignore.
It is a very unflattering shirt. Too tight and shows sweat. Not a good combo. imho

They look fake to me, but I dunno. She’s a cute girl otherwise.
I think they look fake and since I had nothing else to do I looked up some older pics of her and found some in bikinis and a low cut dress with no bra and they were not that perky in those. The top in the OP’s pic does not look like it could provide that much support or tightness to give them that pushed-up rounded shape.

They look like the they could be fake in the OP photo, but they look fairly natural in the photos from Little Nemo’s private collection. Was that supposed to be a before and after thing?
The OP’s picture looks to me like she’s wearing a body suit of some type.
I dated a girl for almost 3 years (end of high school and such) who had a few of the body suits. They worked almost like compression shirts do. They certainly pushed her boobs up into the “real and spectacular” category. Much like the pic in the OP.
It just looks like a tight shirt to me. But I haven’t really looked at photos of her before, so I have no comparison. I just clicked on the thread because, ya know, boobs. If you’ve seen one pair, you wanna see the rest of 'em.
The picture in the OP doesn’t look “perky”. Perky breasts will still have a smooth curve from above. Those don’t.
Is she maybe kind of trotting down some stairs, and the camera caught her as they were on the upswing? They don’t look fake in any of the other photos.
If it’s just the shirt I would like to know where I could purchase one because it is very supportive and push-uppy without any wire.
If you Google the relevant words, there are dozens of stories discussing that very picture and this very issue. Apparently her agent has denied any enhancements.
My money is on a well-timed camera shutter catching them on an up-bounce.
There is a recent blind item site (where you add your guess as to who it’s about) just on this very subject, and four pages of opinions concur: Selena Gomez! Yay! At the behest of Justin Bieber. Also: several pages of several blind items indicating she is coked out of her mind day and night and could barely stop snorting her brains out for a few days before and after the surgery.
