She works for the Evaporation Society. I don’t think she came from anywhere in particular or fits in in any special way, she’s just the person that happens to be leading the crew that’s disappearing Greta. Presumably Margo still had contact with them and arranged for them to get Greta.
They were both played by the same actor, Josh Finan.
I’ve been watching it myself since it made its way to Hulu. I’m well into season 4 (just about done with the series). I love it (with the exception of most of season 3).
This is despite knowing (or maybe because I knew?) the major spoilers going in (I watched a retrospective on it a couple years ago, assuming I would never see the show because there was no way I was getting Peacock—I didn’t even have Netflix at the time).
I watched the first episode of The Madison with my wife last night. Kurt Russell was (of course) great, but every other character got on my nerves from the git-go and I don’t care if they mature into nice people, I’m out.
We just started watching The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins - NBC sitcom new this winter.
It’s hitting pretty well, Tracy Morgan plays Reggie Dinkins, an ex-football player who left the gridiron 20 years ago in a gambling scandal, and Daniel Radcliffe as a washed-up documentary filmmaker who is making a documentary about Reggie.
Tracy Morgan’s character is… a mellow-but-familiar variation of his character on 30 Rock. Radcliffe’s character is both serious and a bit unteathered, and he’s fun to watch. And the rest of the regulars (Reggie’s girlfriend, ex-wife/business manager, son, and best friend) are all solid.
It walks a line quite nicely between 30 Rock and The Office. If you don’t like both of those, you won’t like this… probably.
I am a little tired of the ‘mockumentary’ style, but putting Daniel Radcliffe, the director, on screen as a main character is a refreshing take.
In large part because of the discussion here, I binged How to get to Heaven from Belfast yesterday. It’s a show I would never have thought about watching, and I loved it. So, um, thanks!
Just finished The Residence. Absolutely loved it. Knowing what I know now, I’m really condescending watching it again. I’d be up for a second season as well, but it doesn’t look like that’s happening.
And, this guy could be the love child of Thomas Lennon and John Cleese.
