I need to set up an iCloud account on my Windows laptop for my mom, who currently doesn’t have one and will need one when I upgrade her iPad (another thread). Because all her pictures will be erased with the IOS upgrade, and because her OS was pre-Cloud, I had to move all her pictures to my laptop, which I now want to put on her Cloud. But while she does have an Apple ID and password, it says there’s no Cloud account for that ID, and I can’t find somewhere to tell me how to create one. Help!

Could you copy the photos to the laptop, then upgrade the IOS on the iPad, then set up the cloud, then move them up to the cloud using iCloud for Windows?
