I checked my Kama-Sutra on this subject. Not that I usually do, the book proved fairly unreadable, and what can be read has quite amusing socio-historical value, but ero-to none practical value. But it looks utterly risque, yet culturally suave on my bookshelf, which is reason enough to keep it there.

Anyway, for those interested in how men and women used to be made insecure in ancient Indian times, this is what Kama-Sutra says about sizes.
Classification of the men (according to their dimensions):
1° the hare.
2° the bull.
3° the standard.

Classification of the women:
1° the gazelle.
2° the mare.
3° the elephant.

Higher unions:
the n° 2 (bull) with the n° 1 (gazelle), the n° 3 (standard) with the n° 2 (mare).

Much higher union: the n° 3 (standard) with the n° 1 (gazelle).

Lower unions: the n° 1 (hare) with the n° 2 (mare), the n° 2 (bull) with the n° 3 (elephant).

Much lower union: the n° 1 (hare) with the n° 3 (elephant).

CanvasShoes and Hello Again it does only seem to be those girls that slightly more, umm, cavernous, that get all the enjoyment out of it. But I’m only young and don’t have that big a sample grouping to give you data from.

I had a girl refuse to sleep with me because she was scared of it, but I’m pretty much your average white guy (well, half indian) so I never really knew what to make of that.

I worked with a recently-married woman whose husband turned out to be too big, and she wound up using prescribed plastic cylinders of increasing size to acclimate herself. I never asked how well it worked, as she seemed pretty embarrassed about the whole thing and had only mentioned it because she just had to get it off her chest.
