The association of Greece with anal sex is no doubt due to the widespread acceptance of male homosexuality (particularly between older men and younger partners) there in classical times.
The association of France with oral sex is because the English associated all kinds of licentious sexual practices to the less reserved (or depending on your point of view, depraved) French, also seen in such terms as French kiss or French letter (condom).
I have seen “English style” used to refer to a prediliction for spanking, caning or paddling as part of masochistic sex (gay or straight), no doubt derived from the alleged prevalence of such practices at English boarding schools.
