Kind of an inside joke from a column of several months ago – I think the readers voted for “peg” as the term to refer to a woman doing a man with a strap-on (“pegging”), which Dan Savage resisted as his aunt’s name is Peg and he feared retribution. . .

Damn! I thought someone had encountered the term out in the wild and wanted to know what it meant, and was all excited that it had actually come into use.

(As a sitenote, I personally preferred the “foul discharge” definition for Santorum. WAY more common than the one that got picked.)
