Sexy TV exercise lady was very religious?

I grew up in L.A. I have a vague memory of a TV exercise show. There was just one lady, and she was really curvy. The kicker was, as she would do her exercises, she would say things like, “Stretch out to Jesus! Rejoice in Him.”

Anyone else know this show? Who was she?

Yeah! I remember her!

She came out with an excercise video called “Sweating to the Hymns.”
