She-Hulk: Attorney at Law

And I would definitely buy an “Avongers” shirt.

Are we sure it wasn’t a Diredevil helmet?

Daardyvil. Blind Dutch lawyer superhero.

I know it’s not She-Hulk but I want the Serpent Society to show up somewhere.

Me, too.

I think there was some placeholder title for a Cap movie with them way back that turned into Winter Soldier.

(N/m. Misread comment, making my reply a non sequitur.)

“Daredevil with two 'a’s, but not where you thiiiiiiiink…”

Ah, jeeze, when Nikki asked the guy why he needed two pairs of Iron Man 3s, I knew exactly what he was going to say and recited the line with him. Gotta stop watching so many shoetuber vids.

Also a little surprised that Marvel has never done a collab with Nike. Not like there isn’t a precedent - the various “Space Jam” sneakers are popular in the sneakerhead community.

Who knows if the helmet is for daredevil? It is possible that is for someone who wants to impersonate him, as occurred in one season of that series.

I wonder if they went with the yellow and red to signal a fresh start, and he might move back to red later?

Daredevil’s original costume in the comic books was red and yellow; it’s probably a nod to that, as well.

So which heroes would actually trademark their names? Iron Man for sure, and he probably trademarked the Avengers also.

Captain America is probably trademarked by the US Army.

That’s implied in Falcon and the Winter Soldier which has the Army picking an “official” new Captain America.

Antman would trademark his name.

Likely trademarked by Hank Pym, the original Ant-Man, back in the day.

He might not have thought of it - but the current Antman advised by Luis, would certainly do it.

Hawkeye likely didn’t. Nor Black Widow obviously. I bet the Air Force trademarked War Machine.

Absolutely–because otherwise he’d be worried that a Stark would do it.

And once again interesting how a thread devoted to She-Hulk has very little to say about She-Hulk before splintering off into discussions about other male superheroes. Typical.
