Yeah, I’m thinking the sex tape thing wasn’t just incels being terrible, but a plot by someone trying to prove that She-Hulk is a danger to the public. They had those guys with the sonic guns standing by for just this purpose.
My money is on General “Thunderbolt” Ross being responsible.
I forget where I heard it, but there seems to be a real dichotomy in competence among the Intelligencia. Some of them have fancy labs with Vibranium needles, and some hire dolts like the Wrecking Crew and post stupid videos, and yet they can get a federal agency to show up in case She-Hulk might get angry. It’s weird. (And I’m childishly amused that she punched her own butt on the screen. It might have been more thematic for her to punch her own face, but oh well)
Also, and I know it’s her show, but have they really not thought about what happens if Bruce finds out about this whole thing? Jen’s a stable, nice person. Bruce Banner might be nice, but stable he ain’t. They must know he’s gone.
The CGI for the Daredevil fight wasn’t flawless, but it was decent. I think we’ll just have to be resolved to it being a little off.
He has a motive for wanting some Hulk blood. So he can turn into Red Hulk

I don’t think anybody would even blink if Sam Elliott stepped back into the role. He could be a visitor from the Angverse.
They’ve recast before (Rhodey in IM2, the Warriors Three in Thor: Dark World), and William Hurt’s death wasn’t nearly as untimely or unexpected as Boseman’s. They’ve also got a Thunderbolts movie on the slate for 2024. I think it’s highly likely they’ll recast him, and She-Hulk would be a good place to re-introduce him.
There’s a rumor that they’re looking at Harrison Ford, but I suspect that’s mostly wishful thinking from fans.
It won’t be Thunderbolt Ross. It’ll be Tim Blake Nelson’s ‘Leader’.
The first guy she slept with just wanted She-Hulk. Second just wanted Jen (to get her blood). But Matt liked both. They were a good couple.

…not weird at all if you consider what Intelligencia represents in the real world. They are K*wi F#rms. An internet forum dedicated to doxxing and hate. Some members of that site work in fancy labs. Many post stupid videos. And I mean really really stupid. And they do this thing called swatting.
In the high profile incident that finally got K*wi F#rms taken down they had swatted a prominent twitch streamer at her home, she left and stayed in a hotel where they tracked her down because she posted a photo of her cat and they managed to identify her hotel by matching the bedsheets, she fled to Europe, they tracked her down again and took photos outside of her hotel.
Getting a federal agency to show up in case She-Hulk might get angry at an awards ceremony would be child’s play to these goobers. Law enforcement are very easily manipulated.
K*wi F#rmers are dangerous. And obsessive. And if our world actually had superheroes then a disconnected rabble of disaffected internet weirdos like Intelligencia would absolutely exist.

Jen’s friend holding the makeup tools between her fingers was definitely meant to make us think of Wolverine.
I’ve seen some complaints that Matt Murdock was too “cheery” in this episode. Disagree-he was just lighter. Still essentially Netflix’s Daredevil even without the grim and gore.
