Oh man, would I love to be the lawyer that the city has assigned to research whether she can be prosecuted. That’s a job I could MILK! Hmm, I have to vistit several cities and venues where public nudity is allowed to discover its impact on the community. Then on to the strip clubs – places where nudity is allowed in extrmely limited circumstances. Of course, these would all involve extensive interviews with the naked chicks…

You’re right, it was definitely a bikini bottom. But the pasties are way over the line and she has to know that a bikini top (that likely wouldn’t cover much more, but it would be enough) would mean she wouldn’t be hassled at all.
Sorry, if you’re going to protest something like public nudity statues, either have the (figurative) balls to actually be topless or stay inside.

I haven’t watched the YouTube video, but in the picture of her in that article, you can totally feel the crazy bleeding right through your monitor. Of course, harmless, nearly naked crazy is the best kind of crazy.

Very strange tangent: I don’t normally bother with YouTube, 'cause I have a modem and video downloads take forever. This time, though…well, she is awful cute…
While this one was downloading, I was listening to mp3s on the computer; Touch Me by Samantha Fox, followed by Stranglehold by Ted Nugent. During these songs, I kept getting these random overlay audio snippets from the video that was downloading. A different experience. :dubious:
