And I thought I was the only one. It’s downright eerie.
I just thought I’d stick this in here for kicks. I’d never heard of menstrual cups until Shirley Ujest mentioned them above.
As for me, coffee and a cigarette does it for me. I’m a morning pooper although the time varies. Sometimes I can do it at home before I leave the house at 7:00 and other times I’ll be forced to poop at work around 8:30 or 9:00. And any kind of fruit juice makes me go too. I have to be careful with that stuff. And grape juice turns my poop green!
Talking on the telephone often makes me feel the urge. Apparently it’s something about the standing around that does it.
I don’t smoke or drink coffee, and I rarely drink caffeinated drinks (less than one per week).
For those with a score card, I usually poop twice a day. Yes, that’s right.
Eating lots of sugar tends to make me constipated (and makes the poop sludgy eeewww). On the other hand, apple juice works wonders for making you go!
Either that or the cheese. Does it to me every time.

I can’t really think of any particular FOOD, but I’ve noticed that whenever I go down to the basement to find something, I always have to stop my search and go back upstairs to the washroom. Same with chem lab. Set everything up, and by then I just HAVE to go! Funny, cuz it only seems to happen in analytical chemistry :eek:.
