I use Chrome at work for my Internet browser. I get the message in the title all the time, because the version of Chrome that is installed doesn’t have the updated software for Flash and the tech group has turned off my ability to install software on my computer, and they won’t install anything not specifically approved.
That’s not my question. That’s just to stave off people telling me to switch browsers or install the upgrade.
My question is this: When the message appears, there is an ‘X’ in the upper right-hand corner of the message – you know, the kind of ‘X’ that hints at, “just close this message.” When I click on that ‘X’ it does not refresh the page like it does when I click the “Reload” button. A short time later, the same message pops up, indicating to me that Flash has somehow become reloaded, but has now stopped running.
If I didn’t click to reload Flash, but if Flash fails and sends out that message, how and when did it get reloaded?
