Yes, I think the dress is pretty on her, too. And it’s amazing, amazing that her nails are filled in for the 1st time in how many years? Better on the last day of the job than never, I guess! Lol
Haven’t seen the shoes yet either. Couldn’t possibly be the nude summer clodhopper sandals…could it? COULD IT? Even she wouldn’t dare with that dress, surely?! LOL

For the uninitiated: The Q’s self proclaimed fashion expert, Lisa Robertson, has a penchant for dressing a bit…nonsensically. Full head to toe leather in the middle of July, nude strappy summer wedge sandals in the dead of winter. And with formal dresses. And we are supposed to be buying stuff from her based on her fashion expertise. So um. Yeah. Dang, I think I might miss the Duchess a little after all now that she’ll be gone. Well, not the rectum mouth lip liner so much, but…
P.S. and by the way, posting about LR’s last hurrah mostly over where the minions will surely be lurking and reading with much rending of garments and wailing and gnashing of teeth. LOL
Lisa’s getting pretty much raked over the coals at the other place. I think she’s doing all right. She’s soldiering on, selling stuff, which is her job (for another hour). Some items are selling out, which is good for her.
She looks fine. The dress is too stiff, but it’s very pretty, and she actually has black shoes to match, and a fresh manicure.
The party noise in the background is distracting. They are running short video clips of other hosts complimenting her with goodbye messages.
Ralph of Honora Pearls, Alberti and Crotch-face Chaz were genuinely emotional. Courtney, on the other hand, was pretty damn cheerful. Because she’s getting Lisa’s PM Style show? Lisa can’t be that bad if people who really know her (unlike us) are tearful at her leaving.
As much as I snark on her, I really feel that Lisa would be a good, caring friend.

Dennis Basso just did his goodbye. He had four fake fur throws, which looked very good and plush, although they were quite expensive at $150.00. Two of the colors sold out quickly, so Lisa and Dennis were left with two colors to talk about. They started doing their parody of the royal couple, wrapped in the throws/robes, and then one of the last two colors sold out. They were left with only the leopard color, and still had a couple more minutes of the Dennis segment. It got a little awkward because they couldn’t think of anything else to say about the leopard throw.
But Dennis seems to really like her. (Even though he accidentally stepped on her train. For a minute I thought she was going to fall over!) His goodbye was very nice.
Courtney looked like hell in those pants.
So the long goodbye is over. Lisa did very well tonight. I hope she has some good new job lined up.
Courtney looked too gleeful, considering the occasion. I didn’t like her pants either.
I fell asleep 25 minutes into her final “Posh Presents” show and woke up to Rick hawking laptops. I hope the goodbye clips from people that I read about show up somewhere. While looking on YouTube I found this clip from when Kathy Levine left and Joan Rivers parting gifts that she gave her.
Now I am going to have to watch QVC to understand all the hilarity that is being posted! You guys are super funny!
I am disappointed that after all the buildup about Puddy, she just did a drive-by. Right around the time someone was explaining the See You Next Time thing. Someone else asked about the usually discouraged C-word but didn’t understand the reference, then someone else came right out with that word and I think it ran a few of the newbies off, dang it!
Oh well. Sometimes it does take a strong constitution to hang out here. I tend to use way too much hyperbole and some posters assume I am being literal, so I don’t end up posting very often. This seems like a fun thread, though. Don’t let it die!!

Well, I read that right after the stroke of midnight on “The Day After”, the Q put up a completely revamped host page on their website, with all new pix of each host, but sans the Duchess of Orange, natch.
Hell, I didn’t even have time to change out of my ballgown after the party before LR was whooshed out of electronic existence at the Q.
Which wouldn’t be particularly noteworthy, other than it seems pretty amazing, amazing that they did it THAT fast. Because normally, the Q’s IT department seems to be comprised of a couple of hamsters running on a wheels while being supervised by a chimp. Not Chaz Dean. A different chimp. A smarter and cleaner looking one.
Hmmm…maybe they put her “BFF” Courtney Cason in charge of making sure that got done? ROFL

Courtney’s tight ass pants. UGG!! Looked like snake skin or better yet an Easter egg hue of crocodile scales which matches that fake crocodile smile and tears. I thought Lisa did a nice job last night, The dress was pretty but looked like it could rub your armpits raw. The noise was very distracting and made it very hard to follow some of the comments. Seems like the Q could have done something a little more fitting for her 20 yrs of service. And Lisa was right Laura G. makeup bag did go with her dress:D
Las Vegas guy is Nick Chavez, the hair diva loooooooooooong before greasy Chaz became Q’s favored son and money-maker. Nick used to annoy me when he was on so much, but now i get a kick out of him! He has a way OTT presentation style which I think is an act, because when he is serious, he seems very real and I like that. I love how he loves his family and his heritage too.
