My parents met and married 28 Days Later (yeah, just like the movie). My brother was born 8 months and 4 days after they were married :eek:
They’ve been married for almost 44 years now.
I met leenmi on September 21st and married him on November 12th of the same year.
52 days. (Not quite as fast as FairyChatMom, but still pretty quick!)
That was nine and a half years ago, and so far I have no major complaints.

first time around, I guess it was within 72 hours. Didn’t last very long as we didn’t work out some of the important things before hand (and it was a big time rebound-relationship for me) and found we disagreed on a number of things, such as recreational drug use.
second time around, I was ready fairly soon, within a few months, so was he, but we both just “played it safe” and waited a few years.
