It_iS_a_PaIn_in_tHe_AsS to type is one reason, and the other is that when others reply to me here personally, they usually shorten it down to “H8” which seems kinda negative. I saw it on a license plate one morning while stuck in traffic, but I’m not that attached to it.

What is the process for changing?
Instead of changing it, why don’t you add it to your sig box? That way you don’t have to retype it every time, just check the Show Sig option.

If you’re using IE 5, you can turn on autoformfill and you won’t have to type it anymore, the browser will fill it in for you.

You need to e-mail one of the admins (Tuba seems to be everyone’s favorite for this!) and tell them you want to change your user name. They will have to delete your old one. I’m not sure what all the procedure involves, but they will explain it to you in e-mail. They’re kinda busy right now, though, so you might want to wait a few days.
