Should I raise a fuss?

Last Friday I ordered a phone from Amazon. I needed it right away, so I paid for 2nd day air. They shipped it UPS Ground. It arrived in two days anyway. I paid extra for the 2 day air. But in the end I got what I wanted. What do you guys think?

Yes, you should. You paid for 2nd Day Air, they used Ground. It doesn’t matter that it happens that it got there in two days.

No harm, no foul.

There are enough real problems to worry about.

To me, this wouldn’t be worth raising a fuss over. The nuisance of preparing a complaint and the mental unpleasantness of fretting over it just don’t seem to be a good trade for a tiny amount of money and the feeling of being right. YMMV.

I don’t think you need to raise a fuss at all. Just call their attention to it and I’m pretty sure they’ll offer you free shipping for the next order just to make you happy and make the problem go away.

Having said that, you don’t have much of case so expect the customer service agent to be rolling his eyes on the other end while he’s extending you the courtesy of legitimizing your complaint.

How much was the difference is the shipping price?
