Should the attorney who leaked transcripts be disbarred?

I believe that she has violated every spirit ( and, god knows if she’s violated laws ) under which a member of the bar should operate. I think she should be disbarred just as fast as the state where she practices can do so.

She has so severely tained the US Government’s case in this key trial, and incurred the wrath of the judge to such a degree that the defendant now may be spared any chance of facing the death penalty. ( separate thread, ok ?? ).

She should lose her career, and nothing less.

Yeah, sorry. Just saw that thread myself, although the term “disbarred” hasn’t been raised in there yet.
