Show Me Your Blog!

I’ve got one, too. Just another Myspace weenie:

Here’s my OpenDiary. I write in it quite a lot. Usually it’s random crap but oh well, I like writing in it dammit!

Crap, I just added a lot of people. I’m a complete Myspace friend-whore.

My primary blog is on LiveJournal. Angel’s Democratic Republic of Happiness. All kinds of wild and exciting things reside there.

I also use my blog on my MySpace , but just to post links to my LiveJournal.

Yeah it’s a weird myspace thing.

I really wish I had put my blog up on typepad and not Livejournal, but what’s done is done.

My mundane and pointless ramblings

But I’m gathering some good bookmarks here too, so keep 'em coming, cuz I’m always checking them out.

By the way, DiosaBellissima, I almost never get to AOL anymore, so here:
:::waves!!:::

My journal with the rolling title (I’m currently in a Dowland phase). Frequently TLDR. Frequently pointless. Fun links though.

Sure. Fine. Whatever.

My livejournal.

6 years worth of me babbling on and on about pretty much nothing.

There’s a lot of content that gets locked, but even that is pretty much nothing.

I know, jerk! But I’ll wave back anyway. . . I guess. :dubious:

Sorry it’s taken so long to get back to this thread, but I wanted to read each and every one to give them the attention they deserve. Also, I’d like to start off by saying that I was bowled away by all the wittiness and intelligence. You all are pretty smart group. I am humbled.

Now I’m gonna try and go in order. I suppose to make it easy, and if you’re interested in little ol’ opinion, you can just skim through the comments until you find your name. If I’ve missed anyone, I apologize. It’s just my faulty brain getting too far behind my typing. Here goes nothing…

*Carlyjay – All I can say is that you’re absolutely gorgeous. Damn girl, you must have people friend you just because they hope some of that pretty will rub off.

*Misnomer – I’m going to need to crib your awesome note to anonymous posters. That is, if I ever have any. :stuck_out_tongue:

*Susie Derkins – Those colors are perfect! In the beginning here of winter, one can use a breath of spring. Thank you.

*sandra_nz – Your suggestions for insomnia rock!! Now if I could only ever follow them. It’s not 10:00 pm yet, is it?

*Caprese – As a hippie wannabe, your title is most groovy. Peace out.

*Cowgirl Jules – You’re a much more gutsy chick than me. When I saw what all you talk about, the first thing that entered my mind was Stephen King’s The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon. Oh my.

*MsRobyn – So you know Superman? Handsome fellow and much more compact than I would have imagined. Still, looks like an excellent crime fighter.

*Dervorin – I’d like directions to Ambleside please. Because, at least according to that photo, it appears to be a bit of paradise here on earth.

*DocCathode – And here I was just about to beg for nothing but a dash of gummiberry. Surely, this can’t really be the end. Tell me it’s not so!

*wasson – You talk about making lemons out of lemonade. I say reach higher and go for what I advocate in my blog; When life hands you gators, then make Gatorade! Yeah, I know it’s not on par with the clever stuff you’ve all written, but still, us newbies gotta start somewhere to.

*Jayn_Newell – If I looked like your avatar, I wouldn’t have time for blogging or the SDMB. Another wow after the plethora of cuties represented here.

*Spatial Rift 47 – All that warping makes me want to know more about spatialness. I better you can hook me up, huh?

*Cabin_Fever – Oh, oh, airborne kitty! Mine are too fat to jump that high and probably lazy too. A side note to you is that you aren’t the only one who wakes up like that in the morning. Plus, for me, the afternoon and middle of the night and brunch and…

More continued in the next post.

*BiblioCat – I know you’re just starting, but from one who is also almost still at the beginning, I wanted to let you know, that thus far, you look like you’re on the right road. Good luck!

*malkavia – More kitties! Of course, how much cooler are they that they’re pledging? Or heiling? They’re not commie cats, are they? :stuck_out_tongue:

*Harborwolf – Yes sir, I did do my civic duty. Even breaking through the never ending agoraphobia to trudge to the polls. And look, it was lovely. Yeah team!!

*Push You Down – I saw all those, um, whatever they were (naw, I’m talking about the Hello Kitty [recurrent theme here] stuff and the rest), and began to wonder about your taste. Then I realized it was a commentary on the lack of someone else’s. Hehehe.

*Archergal – All this time I thought your name was archangel. ::: whacks forehead ::: However, despite the fact I’m such a goober, your links to Twisted Knitters and I Sniff Yarn are the bomb. Makes me (almost – I’m completely inept at that kinda thing) want to learn. I’ll leave that to the experts.

*Freudian Push Up Bra – You have three, count ‘em, THREE blogs. That is so freakin’ neat. I’ll be struggling to simply keep up with one and you have three and they’re all good. You go!

*Landshark – You said you can’t find a focus, but yanno, sometimes that’s exactly what a reader (and yourself when you go back to look at it later) wants. Nothing heavy and to vicariously live through another’s life. Keep it up.

*Emilio Lizardo – Your journal was the one I felt the most connected to. Since my brother has terminal cancer and I’ve been nuts for a decade, it really speaks to my heart. The only other thing I can say is that you’re an inspiration. Peace to you and yours.

*nyctea scandiaca – Back to you overachievers who can multi-blog, how do y’all manage? Is there much overlap? A preference for one over the other? Is it because of certain features one has and the other lacks? Is one for this group of people and the other for different folks? Inquiring minds and all…

*bundykala – There’s only this bit to mention because I’m not sure I was able to focus on anything else. A headless koala. I don’t know what else there is.

Argh. The remainder is ahead. Yeah, I know. Sure. Right.

Finally.

*Marlitharn – You have Sam! Poor guy, I miss him. :frowning: However, I suppose there’s a little happiness to be found in your little diver. Is that from March of the Penguin? They’re so cute.

*Shirley Ujest – So, how late can I contact you to get me some handmade sweaters for Christmas? I’d only want about 27 of those delightful creations. That’s not too much for a guru like you, is it?

*NinjaChick – I love so much political ruminations. Though more than that, I’m completely enamored of your description of yourself. I’m too old now, but I’d proudly pass on my mantle (that you obviously don’t need) of “angry young woman.”

*Slacker – I have to admit that I’d seen yours before, because you link to it on your homepage (which, is in your profile, right?). Then that’s all I better cop to, otherwise you’ll worry when I visit Dallas.

*jali – Football, eh? I could never tell…

*slortar – I know it’s really not (that) offensive, unless you live on the bible belt, but I wish I had the balls to wear a t-shirt with the legend of ten foot electric jesus. It would just tickle me to know who it would piss off.

*raz – I was dazzled by the green! Not only is it my favorite color, but I’m also Irish and looooooooooove St. Paddy’s Day. That’s undoubtedly irrelevant, but your site made me smile.

*DiosaBellissima – On the one hand smart, on the other day glo. I do so want that wallpaper, but I’m useless at knowing how to transport the damn stuff from wherever it is to wherever I am. :smack:

*kung fu lola – Meh, who needs typepad? I’m thinking you should fixate on getting an exclusive interview with Madge. Just thing, you’d be even more SDMB royalty than you already are.

*Mr Bus Guy – Those are the cutest, most adorable and scrumptious damn pumpkins I’ve ever seen. The one in the bright orange looks especially yummy in all that uniqueness.

*Wolfian – Ooooh, I like. What’s not to? Another that notes are much-needed victory and who does so in 4,000 words or less.

*elfkin477 – I can definitely get behind anyone who has more cahones than I do to actually proclaim “Sure. Fine. Whatever. Leave a comment if the mood strikes you.” If you ever have any attitude to share…

*psycat90 – You have THE bridge, French and a Halloween entry, that just below it features Cookie Monster. If I was of that inclination, I’d be in love. That’s hella (gotta speak like those youngersters today do :stuck_out_tongue: ) sublime.

And with that, ::: pant, pantpantpant ::: I’m done. If I haven’t killed you yet, I proffer my thanks. If I have, I never seen youse guys. I gots an alibi. Wha?

faithfool, you flatter me.

I should have given vanity links to my best entries, my LJ is mostly just mundane crap of little interest to anyone but myself (and possibly my mom), with a few jewels scattered throughout.

…and sometimes, I also forget how to code.

facepalm

I only just got back, I’m rusty, ok?

danarchism

This is my (myspace) blog. I talk about a lot of things, from pharmacy school to Iceland. Whatever’s on my mind that I think my readers will find entertaining.

Often brash, sometimes crass. Thoughtful, irreverent, delicious.

danarchism.

(Msg me or leave a comment if you check out mine and I’ll be sure to check out yours.)

My LiveJournal. I always try to write stuff that other people would be interested in reading, so there aren’t any “This is what I ate for breakfast today” posts like you see in a lot of LiveJournal blogs. Most of the entries these days are just links to websites I found interesting, but I’ve also got miscellanous stuff

Yeah, apparently I pressed some button that submitted that post before I was done typing it. “Miscellaneous stuff about projects that I’m working on, including some pretty pictures.”

Hey now!

I’m not creating those unique knitwear designs made by mentally disturbed creatures on meth, I’m just immortalizing them for posterity.
Most came from Ebay.
