Shrimp Athenian

What exactly is that. I ask because take-out menus are among my favorite reading material. I asked my mom, but she didn’t know. I was glad she didn’t know, I get to ask you guys!

When I googled “shrimp Athenian” I gathered the dish consists of shrimp in either a creamy or tomato based sauce tossed with olives, topped with feta cheese and served over pasta.

Thanks Juanita! Not a olive guy myself. :frowning:

eric, I, too, used to hate olives. I mean really hated 'em. Couldn’t understand how anyone could like 'em. That is, until, I had real olives. Now I still can pop 'em in my mouth and eat 'em like popcorn or anything, but they’re really good in pasta sauce.
