Finally, somewhere for all those inconsiderate people to go, instead of ruining my movie for me.
What a great idea! I wish I’d thought of it.

um… you know, I kinda figured that.
I saw this news story. With all them squealing grubs in one room, how are the mommies supposed to hear the freakin’ movie? Do they turn up the volume even higher than the ear-splitting levels multiplex auditoriums already use? Doesn’t that make the babies cry even more? “Promise me you won’t follow me, Trinity…” SLAM! BANG! CRASH! WAAAAAAAAAH!
Or do they give the mommies headphones? Otherwise, it’s just, “Look at the pretty pictures.”
Haven’t these folks ever heard of babysitters?
This is a great thing for theaters, if the city is big enough. It hard to get an audience in the middle of the day.
I have been to a cinebabies movie. They are awesome. It’s a great way for a stay-at-home mom, when all of the babysitters are at work, to get out for a while and still be there for breastfeeding. You hear the movie fine and everyone is understanding if your baby is a little fussy.
Darby and I had a wonderful time. We are not going next week, because the movie is Hollywood Homicide.
Airman and I are fairly lucky because we live near two drive-in movie theaters. We’ve taken Aaron once so far, and it was a lot of fun for all of us. Dave and I got to see the movie, and when Aaron was tired, he got to fall asleep comfortably. No worries about distracting anyone with babbling, whining, or anything.

It’s a good idea. The Hoyts cinema chain here in Sydney has had this sort of thing on the first Wednesday of each month. It’s become quite popular…it’s also only $6.50 for adults and young kids are free.
