Should one ask permission to use a line from another members post as a sig (assuming it’s clever/ flattering/etc)?
If so so should you e-mail member in question? Or just ask in the thread?
I’ve seen folks say, “That’s a great line. It’s my new sig!”. Does that mean they really are? Or is that a back-handed way of asking? Are post copywrited?
