Original Thread from 2002: Who is the Bow Tie Man?
If you don’t want to read the thread, someone mentioned that the SSA could not identify the Bow Tie Man. Six days after this thread was posted, SDMB member and researcher nonpareil Walloon ferreted out his identity. I have no idea whether he or anyone tried to inform the SSA, but at the end of the thread a year later, they still had not updated the pic.
Sadly, we lost Walloon way too early of a PE at age 50.

But here’. . . over 20 years later, SSA still won’t update their pic!
