My entire chorus (about 80-90 men) did this in 2001. Each person made his own sign, and some . . . rather than flipping the sign up . . . lit up. And each person showed the word he would have been singing, in his own section. And the shorter guys in front got to have all the “Hallelujah” syllables.
We got a HUGE standing ovation for this.
