  1. Who will replace him?

  2. Who would you like to see replace him?

  3. Will this be a major factor in the ratings for American Idol?

I don’t watch the show so I can’t answer it really, the only thing I can say is, I do believe Cowell was a major factor in making it a hit. I am not sure though if he is the thing that will make/break the show.

He is leaving to host a show exactly like an American Idol and has even mentioned getting Paula on board. If that happens we won’t be talking about American Idol ever again, instead we will be talking about that show. Basically i think American Idol is over, nobody they can bring in will make it a superior show to the one Cowell will be making and there will be absolutely no point in watching both.

I predict Piers Morgan replaces him.

They should get Yahtzee! I’d totally watch the show then. It’s probably just get canceled three episodes later though…
