Was that a reference to something, the scene of Flanders staring at them in total darkness? It made me think of the episode where they have loud, wild, monkey sex and we see Bart, Lisa, and Flanders looking incredibly uncomfortable afterwards. But what I mean, is it a ref to a movie/book?
I did think it was a bit random, and haphazard, but the individual jokes were pretty good. Loved the reign of terror joke, loved the rod, and the canary…all in all, not bad, not bad.
No, he was just going on about the fact that once he had sealed up Homer, the power plant would be his once again…not being aware of the fact that Homer doesn’t want to run the power plant anymore, and that his speed of building is only slightly quicker than a snail’s.
