Since I have Windows 10, what are some reliable music player programs for combining at least 2 song

Song remixing/mixing 2 songs together is normally theft/infringement, save for fair use. However, the YT channel called NoCopyrightSounds is finding a way around that.

Their channel description: "NoCopyrightSounds is a record label dedicated to releasing FREE music for the sole purpose of providing creators with the finest sounds to enhance the creativity and popularity of their content, safe from any copyright claims or infringement.
• NCS Music is free to use for independent Creators and their UGC (User Generated Content) on YouTube & Twitch - please remember to credit the artist, track and NCS and link back to our original upload.

• If you’re a brand or a commercial organisation interested in using NCS music on Youtube or anywhere else, get in touch at licensing@nocopyrightsounds.co.uk"

Since I have Windows 10, what are some reliable music player programs for combining at least 2 songs together?

Audacity is a possibility:

Audacity was going to be my suggestion, too.

Thanks. Not really being musically-inclined, I might have to do so many mixes until I find the one that I think sounds cool. For example, a musically-inclined person might try 12x before they get their ideal remix whereas I could try 25x or more. How many posts until the obligatory Tarzan reference?
