Ok so hotornot.com is just a big paysite, and facethejury is ok (people post public IM’s and email addys.) but there isn’t a lot of people active there. Is there some other freesite that you can post/see women’s profiles and contact them?
Free … not anymore, unless you get onto a brand new personal ad site. When they are first established, personal ad sites will often offer free trial or charter memberships. I got on match.com during the first week it was established (1996? 1997?), got a free charter membership, and I’ve never had to pay a dime for it since.
I’m sure the folks in IMHO will be able to help you out. Speaking of which, some days I think that this is the most effective site on the web for meeting potential mates.
