Do you think the baby is really Nate’s? I don’t.
How ‘bout Nate leaves Brenda when he finds out she’s been sluttin’ around. Then Billy goes after Nate for hurting Brenda. Then Nate kills Billy and the Gay Cop arrives on the scene. The Gay Brother talks GayCop into covering up something…
Or not.
I do think the baby is Nate’s, b/c she’s so in love with him, etc etc.
I think Keith was opening up a can of whoop-ass on his old man.
When the nurse comes to pick up her tray (the roommates) she looks at the empty hotdog bun and says, ‘mrs X you HAVE to eat more that that’ as she is taking away the tray.
She jammed it down her throat to shut her the hell up
Um, am I the only person who think the lurid sex scenes are just Brenda’s imagination, relating to the book she’s writing? I don’t think she’s actually having sex with all those guys - I really think they are fantasies, inspired by her sex-watching experience with the call-girl/massage client. I think when Brenda tells the call-girl about having sex with the writer in the bathroom, she’s just running it by her to make sure it’s believable.
Especially the scene with the two stoners. Brenda later wakes up, in her pjs, in the window seat looking at the bed as if she was dreaming about it.
I don’t know if it’s true or not, but that’s my take.
Either way, Brenda is pretty screwed up.
I don’t think so. She talked to the psychologist about it, recommended by her friend the hooker (Melissa?), and in the previews for tomorrow night’s show, we saw one of the stoners ride by her house (while she was outside with Nate) and wave, and Nate said something like, “Do you know him?”
I think some of her problems stem from her screwed-up parents. She was remembering the freaky parties they had (partner-swapping parties, I guess) and she apparently stumbled into one of them, and maybe more, as a child.
Brenda’s whole family just annoys the hell out of me. Am I the only one?
I think Brenda’s family is supposed to be annoying. Philandering father, psychotic mother, sex-addicted daughter, schizophrenic son.
Yeah, that’s a bit weird.
They can get rid of Brenda for a couple episodes next season. Youre forgetting that there are still linking threads between Claire and Billy, and Brenda could easily get involved. There should be little resentment towards Nate right now - some people are calling him a guy who’s just as slutty, but youre forgetting that he’s owned up to his shit and asked for forgiveness. He knows he did a stupid thing. Brenda, on the other hand…she isnt willing to go down that path. I hope Nate’s reaction is very emotional and violent. Not in the hitting-Brenda way, but shouting and bringing her to tears. Im sure his screams will do the trick. You remember when they were going to her mom’s for Christmas dinner? Nate got serious with her and that freaked her out.
Yes, but the parents are both psychotherapists. That’s what makes them REALLY interesting!
What about when she went to that swingers party… she went with a witness
Well, I missed one episode this season so I can’t be sure. Hell, maybe I’m wrong, but that’s the impression I get after every sex scene. She has a vivid imagination (Nate suffocating her, for instance), and the relationship to the book…
But if she really did have a threesome with random stoner guys, fuck a dude in a public restroom, and give that guy a handjob, and then she flipped out on Nate…what a loony bitch. I’m afraid to believe she’s really that psychotic, because it would ruin the show for me.
In other news, how funny was the bit about the 'shrooms and ther court jester pants? I nearly peed myself when Ruth wore them to work. Too, too funny.
I thought the funniest scene of the season was when Rico returned home kinda thinking that his wife might be cheating with the guy working on their home, hears moaning from under the plastic, lifts it and the the two home repairmen are are screwing
Funniest scene of the season has to be when the biker dressed up as Santa and then crashes. lol, the kids at the stop just kind of stand up and think, shit. The rolling hubcap was the icing on the cake.
I can’t believe no one has brought up Claire and the school psychologist. He admitted that he was attracted to her a few episodes ago. In the last episode, she noted that the picture of him and his girl friend was missing and he said that they broke up.
There’s no way that we have seen the last of Gabe. He’ll be back and in a scary way.
Maybe Brenda’s pregnant by one of the many anonymous men she’s been porking. That would explain Nate’s “do you know him?” in the previews.
Haj
No, the funniest scene (I am so sick) was later in the same show when Claire and her friend were walking thru the mall and passed the sign saying the “Visit With Santa” thing was closed.
Biblio, have to concede to that. But you know, one doesn’t work without the other!
