Skinny Cow

I saw the name “Skinny Cow Low Fat Fudge Bars” in a spam message. Sounded fake to me. But no, it’s real: http://www.skinnycow.com/

Ok lady, you’re a cow, but you’re a skinny one. Yeah that’s better.

I like it. Kinda whimsical.

I eat their stuff all the time. It’s actually very good and low fat.

I think the “cow” just refers to it as a dairy product.

I’ve seen those! (Somewhere. I can’t remember where. Maybe they showed up at the dollar store.)

I wonder if the skinny cow is any relation to Borden’s Elsie.

I used to buy their ice cream sandwiches. But then I realized that eating an entire package of low fat ice cream sandwiches wasn’t really low fat.

They really are quite good. Not even ‘good for low fat pre-packaged frozen novelties’ good; they’re all the way up there at ‘good for pre-packaged frozen novelties’ good.

It’s the only ice cream we keep in the house (though sometimes we’ll buy the Weight Watchers ice cream bars). The little round sandwiches are indeed really good but I’ve never eaten one and wanted another right away, so they’d last a while as well. Yum.
