I read the OP as relating to males who fantasise about and/or obtain sexual gratification from the women in their lives being sexually provocative with other males.

There is a whole genre of erotica/porn devoted to “slut wives.” The themes vary: the gangbang, the wife who is an avowed tramp, the innocent wife who is forced to be a tramp, the husband who loves it, the cuckolded husband who is totally humiliated by it. Combinations of the above.
I can’t tell you why it appeals to people, but it’s not so hard to figure out that it taps a lot of areas that turn some people on: voyeurism, group sex, having others lust after your wife, etc.
