I was fearful that Rainey , the CFO of United ,who described their frequent flyers as ’ over entitled’ would get the job. Thankfully he moved to PayPal a while back it appears. Maybe United will get a CEO who gives a shit about their customers, or at least doesn’t take a giant dump on them too blatantly.
Maybe actually gets a working fleet of planes.
