Snowboarder Bo: Enough with the fucking quarry

Well, I’d say starting a pit thread here, after a day of discussion about it on another MB, just to suck up to the nonnies over there, counts as bullying.

Or being a whiny bitch, either works.

Look in the mirror. Most of your defenders think your little catch phrase is amusing because it annoys other posters. Bullying? Probably not, but certainly harassment, albeit of a mild sort. Or rather you are deflecting your harassment with highly dubious allegations of bullying.

You think it’s funny -you take joy in what you do- because it bothers people. It’s what you are.

Then Iron Man pooped in his armour and everyone laughed and went home.

“We should hang out by the quarry and throw things down there.” - Creed on the Office

At least get the quote right.

So it’s actually NOT bullying, because:

  • he started it
  • he’s being too sensitive
  • we were just joking around, it’s not our fault he can’t take a joke
  • he was asking for it
  • he likes it
  • he was bullying first
  • he won’t stop trying to bother us

Did I leave anything out?

LOL.

“Rape culture”.

TLDR

Try a one-liner next time. Something pithy, like “That’s what she said!”

That’s what SHE said!

That’s why I haven’t suggested that they just shake hands.

For those of you who are getting so wound up about this, you can always use Chrome’s 'Word Replacer II" plug-in to replace the word ‘quarry’ with something genuinely funny. I wish it would let you replace the whole phrase but, unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to work that way :frowning:

In my earlier post, I said that I think you’re an idiot for posting your little thing over and over.

Am I a bully? I called you a name (“idiot”) because of what you do, after all.

My five year old sometimes gets a word or phrase in his head and repeats it, over and over… especially if you ask him to stop. Once he knows it annoys you, he gets a smile on his face and says it tauntingly.

Did I mention that he’s five? I expect him to outgrow it by the time he’s five and a half.

And no, asking him to knock it off because it’s annoying is neither bullying or evidence of some profound failing on the part of his parents to understand humor.

And the hits keep coming.

There is a difference between someone who is in the same physical space as you making unpleasant sounds or smells and someone miles away typing things you are annoyed by on a message board.

Do you get annoyed when your 5-year-old draws the same picture over and over too?

Wow, that’s a low bar for entertainment.

Some people are easily bemused.

Ohh the irony…after you bitched and moaned for days in your ATMB thread.

You know who else needs a low bar?

Midget NAZIs!

Not to some idiots. The two are the same, and they want to control others, because they are butthurt over words.

That’s the funny part.
