Fair enough. 
But I think Mets fans hate the Yankees more than those of any other NL team do.
I think that is true, Yankees are the designated team to hate in Baseball. The winning, high payrolls and the legacy of George Steinbrenner have much to do with that. But Met fans playing the part of jealous little brother or 2nd fiddle seem to hate the Yanks more than average for NL teams.
For Football, it is Dallas that seems to elicit the most hate though at times other teams rise up to steal a share of the national hatred and New England is grabbing a lot of general hate these days.
Syndergard said some pretty flagrant stuff since last night’s game. Might see a World Series brawl tonight!
They’ll save it for Opening Day next year.
