Incorrect. The current word on this is that it’s “still under discussion.”
The discussion took a short hiatus, but has now resumed. We’re trying to reach consensus amongst the mods, and that’s not usually quick.
Hence the black smoke.

We’re going through some changes right now, including staffing changes.
Want to get all these in place before we contemplate other things.
You are not being ignored and we will get to all of your concerns and we ask for your patience as we work through stuff.
The mods discussing it among themselves IS the action they’re taking. What, you wanted something more?
A discussion without a decision isn’t closure. And yes, I wanted more - I wanted feedback, and I got it.

Would it be fair to ask when it’s OK to ask again?
Without any updates, it’s easy for people to assume that the topic might have gotten taken off the table without any notice.
On the other hand, people starting these threads randomly isn’t necessarily helping the decision-making process.
The posters will be more apt to remember the issues important to them, so they might be willing to start a thread asking for clarification at certain intervals if they knew what intervals are appropriate.
Give us a couple of weeks.
