I’m currently running at just over 4bn CpS, and finding a bit frustrating that letting the thing run through the night only generates enough cookies for one of the 100trn upgrades. And I only have 72 ACs - it’s going to take a while to get to 100, but I’ve decided to have a crack at it without resetting at all.
I have 100 of everything except Time Machines (61) and Antimatter Condensors (50). Not sure what the resetting thing is about (no, I haven’t read the entire thread) but I’ll get to 100 of each without resetting (since I’m not sure how to do it) or buying the 2 whacked out Grandma upgrades.
Just click on “menu” at the top of the center panel. There will be a “save” button and an “export save” button, and a “reset” button. When you click “export save” a little dialogue box will pop up with a string of code. Copy that code and paste it into a text document or something so you can load it if something goes wrong. That’s it, pretty easy.
I haven’t used an autoclicker yet, and IMHE if you don’t use one you should really reset a couple times. The more cookies you’ve baked all time, the more Heavenly Chips you get when you reset. When you start up again, your CpS gains a % multiplier based on your HCs, which makes it much quicker to get back to your original CpS and beyond.
The first time I reset I got 80 HCs, which was faster but not fast enough to get the 100 ACs, so I reset again and had a total of 120 HCs. That was fast enough to get all the ACs.
I couldn’t have done it without clicking lots of Golden Cookies, so if you don’t have time to click on those a lot, you’ll really need to get more HCs by resetting, or get an autoclicker.
Dead Cat, waiting is unprofitable because most of the profit comes from Golden Cookie clicks. Get all three of the Golden Cookie upgrades, save up until your bank is 8400 times your CPS (and don’t go below that amount when you spend), buy an Elder Pledge, and shrink the window until you can fit it on the edge of your screen next to whatever else you’re doing. Then, whenever you see a golden cookie in that shrunken window, click it. They mostly alternate between Frenzy and Lucky, and with all three upgrades the Lucky will usually come while the Frenzy is still active, and every time you get a Lucky while Frenzy is still active, as long as your bank is big enough, you’ll get over two hours worth of production in a single click. If you get a red cookie, click it, too, but then re-buy your Elder Pledge. Oh, and if you get a Clicking Frenzy or an Elder Frenzy, click like crazy until it wears off (it’s only 12 or 26 seconds).
I don’t know, getting addicted to this marginal game really disturbs me. Now I fear that I can be enthralled by any idiot dangling something useless and meaningless in front of me; carrot on a stick type shit.

They [Golden Cookies®] mostly alternate between Frenzy and Lucky…

Frenzy really, really sucks. I feel compelled to click knowing I’m decreasing the life of my mouse exponentially.
Oh, and why the fuck are all of us discerning individuals perpetuating stereotypes, i.e. grandmas bake cookies? Shame on us. Shame.
“Too Late.” - Grandma
So I have all achievements, and all but one of the upgrades, I just need to get to 240 cursors to be able to buy it. And then I’m done. The game lost its amusement factor right about the time when everything became so motherfucking expensive that a frenzy lucky cookie is the only thing that matters.
Yeah, I’m in the same boat. It feels like a frenzy lucky should be a nice bonus, but by making it so necessary, it instead feels like a boring routine.
On the other hand, I got to the centennial point (100+ of every building) in about a third of the time this reset (with the new Granny Scout Cookies etc.) than it did the previous time through, and I’m now to about 4x the CPS I had then, so I figure I might just hold out until I double my heavenly chips, reset, see if there’s another shadow achievement for a million in five minutes, and take it from there.
Thanks, I realised some of that but the numbers are useful. Unfortunately, I haven’t been on the computer at home that much recently so haven’t got a lucky with a frenzy yet. And it was only today I began to realise that the lucky bonuses are higher the more cookies you have in the bank.
If you use Cookie Monster, it will tell you exactly how many cookies you need on hand to get the best frenzies, etc.
After a week of destroying my life I finally bought 100 antimatter condensers and completed this god damned game. I wish I could ritually burn it with fire to symbolize my freedom.
You bastards.
Did you get the 240 Cursors to buy the last cursor upgrade?
OK, I’ve finally gotten 100% of the new upgrades, including the 240 cursor one:

Now, I really am done for good [sub]at least until the next upgrade with even more junk to buy.[/sub]
I just have it in the background and buy stuff every once in awhile. The cheapest thing right now costs 2.8 quadrillion cookies. haha
Suboptimal strategy. Cookie Monster will help your spend your cookies better. I have farms through Labs at 50 T and Anti Mats at 14 Qa.
I haven’t played since my last posting. It’s nice taking a break. My laptop appreciates it. I still intend on getting the shadow/cheating achievements eventually.
I have no upgrades or achievements to buy at the moment, so its rather moot.
My next antimat (109th) would cost 14.3 quadrillion.
I’m generating a baseline 228 billion cookies per second. wheeee!
My 200 farms are generating 16 thousand cookies per second. They’re not even a rounding error.
ETA: OK, I was incorrect that I can’t buy anything for less than 2.8 Q. I was ignoring the Grandmas through the Mines where I stopped at 200 units.
Your farms themselves are generating less than a rounding error, but buying additional farms will still add noticeably to your income. You don’t buy farms (or mines, factories, shipments, or alchemy labs) for the income they generate themselves; you buy them for the boost they give your cursors through the *illion Fingers upgrades. If you have, say, 200 cursors, and all of the available upgrades, then each building you buy will increase your cursor income by over 100,000 (which will then get multiplied further by the bonuses from your cookie recipes, heavenly chips, and kittens).
That said, if you’ve bought 200 of those, and you’re only at 109 antimatter, then you’re probably significantly overinvested in them.
Good point! I always forget to carry the kitten when doing the math.
Well, OK. But like I said, there is nothing left to buy, so I’m just trying click as many things up to 200 as I can. (expect the cursors which are at 240)
I haven’t done the math there either. For all I know, there will be the heat death of the universe before i get to 200 antimatter condensers.
