So, ladies....

Are hairy legs (on guys) sexy? Or should I shave like a good little male model?

Personally, I like them. Men are supposed to have hairy legs; it’s one of the things that make them masculine. Shaved legs look unnatural to me.

Robin, who is lucky her guy has hairy legs

Frankly, I think I’d be little creeped out by a guy who shaved his legs (unless he was a competitive swimmer or had similar reasons). I like when a guy shaves his package, though.

Um…why would a man shave his legs in the first place, unless it was for sporting purposes, such as swimming.

I always thought guys that shaved their legs were wierd. It looks funny to me. I defenatly like fur better then smooth.

I shaved my legs once a few years ago. It was weird. It felt very strange, but kinda good. The weirdest part was my own legs kinda turned me on a little bit. I haven’t repeated the experiment.

Everyone has their own turn-ons and turn-offs, however you can count me squarely in the “Love hairy men” camp

Actually, I can’t stand a hairy back, but legs/face/chest oooohhhh, slather the hair on

Shaving is all well and good (well, I don’t care for it on guys, but whatever floats your boat), but don’t forget the most important thing - STUBBLE!!! Unless you’re planning on waxing. Yeah, that’s it - go for the waxing. And let us know how that turns out.

Well, I shave everything and I haven’t had any complaints so far. I just don’t like body hair, on myself or others.

I shaved my legs for a while when I was bike racing. It made the band aids a LOT easier to remove

It was kinda weird feeling and I didnt do it for long.
Now I’m back to my good old Teddy Bear hairy self

Hairy legs for me
FWIW, back hair is NASTY

I once worked for a guy whose brother was completely hairy all over. The only things hair free were his palms, soles of feet (presumably, though I never saw them) and an eye-mask-shaped area around his eyes and forehead.

I wonder how much he would cost for a full body wax…

Ironically, he was a really nice guy. It was his brother, my boss, who was more like “The Missing Link.”

So it’s my hairy legs that make me slow???

I must point out that women are also supposed to have hairy legs, and shaving is equally unnatural for them.

Personally? I really don’t care what a guy’s legs are like, as long as he doesn’t mind me not shaving.

Men- do not shave your legs! Unless you are a swimmer or triathlete, you will look like an idiot.

Besides, it’s great sunscreen. We joke that my husband has SPF 15 leg hair!

I hate to chime in with a Me Too post, but, well, it’s not my fault porcupine got here first!

Hairy guys creep me out. Back hair, yeck. Chest hair, yeck. Most facial hair, it’s okay in certain areas.
My boyfriend is blonde, all over, so the leg hair thing doesn’t bother me, because you can barely see it anyway. If his hair was darker, I wouldn’t ask him to shave it, because that’s a bit unnatural to me too. Just so long as he doesn’t have chest or back hair. Shudder.
Excellent point brought up by Fretful Porpentine.

I had a friend who was a competative biker. He partially shaved his legs. Seeing him in regular shorts was the funkiest
thing, because not only did he have an exact line of hair/no hair, because of the spandex shorts he wore while biking, he had
an exact tan/no tan line… shudder… just freaky.

I also dislike men who shave their legs. It is just weird to me. Guys should have hair.

On a related note, when bikers and swimmers shave their legs, does it really help? I mean, how much can a little hair slow you down? Forgive me for my ignorance here, but I figured that I would give some of you a chance to fight it.

Geez, following me around the board again? :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m not sure of the exacty reason I find shaved-legs-guys creepy. I guess it’s similar to the feeling I’d get the first time I went to a guy’s apartment and found it fastidiously decorated with, for example, a country goose theme; I would have an urge to run screaming.
