I work with high school kids on occasion and the young women on the website don’t look much different from some of them. On the other hand there’s human variation and there are times when I can’t believe a boy or a girl is in high school because they look too young or they look too old.

If it’s possibilities 1 or 2, then those are some big red flags, and your brother should consider them carefully. If it’s 2, you should do everything you can to limit your contact with her and avoid getting sucked into her little game. If it’s 3, the question is–is your brother into the idea too, or is she trying to get him to do something he’s not comfortable with. Possibility 4 isn’t really creepy per se, but again, your brother should consider the implications. If she can’t control her exhibitionist tendencies, it could lead to various types of trouble.
