Myself, I figured that Sifo Dyas had nothing to do with the clone army, but that Dooku just ordered the army himself and used Sifo’s name as a cover. Sifo might have caught wind of this, which lead to Dooku killing him. Sifo Dyas is definitely his real name, not just an alien mispronounciation, since Obi-Wan recognized the name.
And Vader/Anakin is definitely the twins’ father, as evidenced by his Force-link to them.
