I’m not sure who sent it, other than it’s a female-type from Georgia, but it arrived last Friday.

A CD containing mostly music I’ve never heard of, but I’ll give it a listen

An art supply set with sparkles on the outside
Pretty bobby pins
and probably some other stuff that I’m forgetting
And picunurse, your oliphont has been all packed up for a while now; I just have to get my boyfriend to mail it today. Expect it early next week! It’s coming, I promise!

Hm. I take it by her lack of commentary that she hasn’t. I haven’t gotten mine yet either but await it anxiously.

My elephant arrived this afternoon!
Very cool stuff:
–A silver picture frame with roses around the borders.
–ANGER by Thich Nhat Hanh.
–Two boxes of green tea, lemon ginsing and honey flavors. I’d never tried these until now, not what I expected, but good.
–A check book holder/wallet, made of ‘genuine cowhide’.
–A CareBear–The one with the moon and star on his belly, I don’t remember his name.
–A very cool SouthPole rain jacket. Light-weight but obviously very waterproof. Hopefully this is a harbinger of our monsoon season. We’ve been praying for rain. Actually, I’m always praying for rain.
–Two, yes two, Richard Simmons exercise tapes. These made me laugh out loud. Something about Richard Simmons, I guess. I do need the exercise, but I don’t know if I can do aerobics while laughing. I’ll give it a shot.
–A children’s book about what it was like to live in Victorian England. It looks like a kids book, but there’s stuff in there that I didn’t know.
–the Onion Dispatches From the Tenth Circle. Funny Funny Funny
–A spool (that’s not the correct word, but the correct word escapes me) of purple yarn.
–A package of sandal scented incense sticks. These will go to work. I work in a basement and it smells incredibly musty all summer, so we burn a lot of incense.
–A silver chain belt with a heart shaped belt buckle, very eighties, very cool.

It wouldof come sooner 'cept I was finishing a truly heinous statistics class immediately before starting an even more truly heinous survey of math class and I had out of state visitors. But yours is boxed up and trumpeting for the mailman to come.
BTW, thanks to my sender as well. Please read my excuse to NoClueBoy above to know why I haven’t gotten on to post about the wonderful elephant I got in the mail. I loved everything tho, and will list it all shortly with my heartfelt gratitude.

I’m wearing my postman greeting red/white/blue thongs even as I post this.
By thongs, I mean those flip/flop type sandle thingies that go on yer feets. NOT undies! I am only wearing the thongs, you see.
I sent mine out to The Punkyova the first week of July. Hopefully Jumbo didn’t get sidetracked visiting the world’s biggest ball of twine. I know I would have.
