Ya know, we were gonna go to the riots, but they were all sold out. No tickets left. That’s ok…we had beer at home. It’s the law out here, isn’t it?

In about three weeks we are going to the Telluride Blues and Brews Festival (featuring Jonny Lang, BB King, and 50 craft breweries…all in the picturesque town of Telluride). As far as I’m concerned, that’s the gold standard of mixing culture with yeast cultures.
