I thought the pilot episode tonight had too much of the “I wish I was normal” Superhero Adolescense Cliche, but otherwise I think this series has great potential. I like the back story for Lex Luthor (and how he got his kryptonite.) I think this series has a lot of potential.
And the chick who plays Lana Lang is babe-alicious.

I could do without the Dawson’s Creek-style pining, but I’m a sucker for Super-stuff. Overall, I thought it was an interesting take on the story…I’m interested to see more.
The series has potential. Lets just hope they don’t jump the shark and pull out the old blue suit and cape anytime soon.
I watched the first 40 minutes of it, then fell asleep. I think it does have potential. My only concern is-did they blow their wad in the first episode?
I hope it doesn’t evolve into a teen drama.
What happened in the final 20 minutes? Last thing I remember is when Bo Duke told him he was from another planet and he ran away.
