I’d love to say it’s skill (it is partially), but I got lucky.
First two yellow balls=slow motion
Third yellow ball=invicibility…bingo!
BTW, the game ends when the square gets too big.

192, and the square was massive. I do think you have to get lucky to get the invincibility power at the right time to get much past this score.
