I am now 2.5 weeks into Atkins, and I am at a lower weight than I have been in probably 10 years. And it isn’t muscle that’s come off, it’s water and then fat. My body is well-defined, and the muscle tone is still there. No, I’m not sick, no, I’m not fasting. In fact, I feel as good as ever, and I’m eating lots of things. I’m not getting those strong late night cravings, which is just incredible to me.
I LOVE ATKINS!
