I don’t order a ton of stuff online, but when I do, I usually get a shipping confirmation a day or so later. Tonight at 7:52 I ordered a bundle of three things through Amazon, all coming from different vendors. At 8:54pm I got an email saying Item One has shipped! And at 9:47, another email…Item Two has shipped! If the pattern holds, I should get a third email in about an hour. If I recall correctly, Item Three was from the only shipper who wasn’t promising a 3-5 day shipping window, and now I know why…those slackers aren’t working all hours!
Well, that’s a relief. I can go to bed.
Work-from-home-parent with home business works after kids go to bed. Mystery solved!
Got the notification for Item Three at 11:52. So odd that all three of these small items, from totally different vendors, would all be handled with such alacrity! Maybe the reason they were bundled together is because they know each other somehow?
I’m guessing that all three vendors use Amazon to do the warehousing and shipping. I think the tagline is “Fullfillment by Amazon” or something along those lines.
